Qualifications

• 7+ years in strategy, banking, consulting, or product strategy.
• Ability to lead cross-functional initiatives from concept to launch.
• Strong data interpretation and decision-making skills.
• Excellent people leadership and executive-ready communications.

Responsibilities

• Own L1 Large Segment strategy across sub-segments (New Large, Large, Enterprise).
• Translate strategy into a sub-segment roadmap with milestones and handoffs.
• Lead cross-functional execution to improve acquisition, primacy, retention, and product depth.
• Identify issues with structured problem solving and quantify impact.
• Develop business cases and initiative briefs with value hypotheses and trade-offs.
• Monitor results and adapt via test-and-learn initiatives; translate needs into product requirements.
• Drive executive-ready governance and updates with performance insights and decisions.
