Job summary

This role delivers expert accounting and financial support to buy-side clients and offers sell-side advisory through the transaction lifecycle, including post-close integration and 100-day plans.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in public accounting, finance leadership, or M&A with PE exposure.
• Ability to transform finance functions into strategic partners across business units.
• Strong communication, presentation and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple finance transformation engagements across accounting, FP&A and technology.
• Provide interim finance leadership post-close and support sell-side diligence.
• Develop opening balance sheets and post-close adjustments.
• Build out FP&A and reporting packages; support first-year audit readiness.
• Collaborate with acquired entities to drive analytics and data-driven storytelling.
• Manage engagement economics, budgets and resources; ensure timely delivery.
