Job summary

EY-Parthenon, part of EY, seeks a Senior Associate/Consultant in the US to join the Strategy and Execution Commercial Due Diligence practice. You will identify and analyze the client's most strategic issues, design work plans, and oversee analyses with a case team.

The role offers exposure to growth strategy, due diligence, market assessments, and mentoring opportunities. A strong academic background and relevant consulting or PE experience are expected; travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and at least 2 years of related work experience; or a graduate degree with ~18 months related work experience.
• Experience in strategy consulting, private equity, investment banking, market research, or a quantitative research function.
• Ability to assess industry, products, markets, competitors and customers to identify risks and opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Lead work plans and analyses for client engagements within EY-Parthenon’s Strategy and Execution Commercial Due Diligence practice.
• Design and conduct analyses, synthesize conclusions, and manage other case team members.
• Mentor junior team members and contribute to project delivery and client impact.
