Job summary

EY-Parthenon is seeking a Director to lead strategy development, transactions and turn-arounds for clients within the Strategy and Execution Commercial Strategy practice.

You will collaborate with EY-Parthenon teams to maximize shareholder value through improved go-to-market strategies, commercial operating models, and optimization of sales, pricing, and customer-related functions. This role emphasizes collaboration, leadership, and delivering measurable outcomes across industries.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, Engineering, Computer Science, or Analytics with 5+ years of related work experience
• MBA is preferred
• Significant transactions (buy/sell side) management consulting experience
• Experience in corporate/BU strategy development, commercial functions, go-to-market strategies, revenue synergy design/capture, market landscape evaluation, and pre-deal strategy

Responsibilities

• Lead strategy development, transactions and turn-arounds for clients.
• Collaborate with EY-Parthenon team members to realize improved returns by optimizing corporate/BU strategy, go-to-market strategy, and commercial operating model.
• Identify and unlock value through revenue enhancement and cost/margin improvements in client businesses.
