Job summary

Centric Consulting is seeking a Senior Manager, Technology Consulting to lead strategic proposals and oversee delivery across multiple client engagements in a hybrid role. You will mentor consultants and drive Microsoft technology initiatives, including Azure, M365, and Dynamics 365, while expanding executive-level relationships and leading go-to-market efforts.

Ideal candidates bring 15+ years in technology consulting, strong leadership, and a track record of delivering digital transformation

Qualifications

15+ years in technology consulting and enterprise technology strategy.
Experience leading large-scale engagements and client-facing teams.
Expertise in AI/ML, automation, and data modernization initiatives.
Deep experience with Microsoft tech stack.
Experience in pre-sales, solution selling, and executive engagement.

Responsibilities

Lead strategic proposal development including RFP responses and executive presentations.
Provide project delivery oversight across multiple client engagements, ensuring delivery excellence and client satisfaction.
Mentor consultants, develop offerings, and advance delivery methodologies.
Manage executive client relationships and help clients leverage Microsoft technologies.
Maintain billable utilization through direct client engagement and leadership activities.
Contribute to business development pursuits and account expansion.
Lead engagements focused on Azure, M365, Dynamics 365, Power Platform, Data & AI, and cloud transformation.
