You will mentor consultants and drive Microsoft technology initiatives, including Azure, M365, and Dynamics 365, while expanding executive-level relationships and leading go-to-market efforts.

Qualifikationen

• 15+ years in technology consulting and enterprise technology strategy.
• Experience leading large-scale engagements and client-facing teams.
• Expertise in AI/ML, automation, and data modernization initiatives.
• Deep experience with Microsoft tech stack.
• Experience in pre-sales, solution selling, and executive engagement.

Aufgaben

• Lead strategic proposal development including RFP responses and executive presentations.
• Provide project delivery oversight across multiple client engagements, ensuring delivery excellence and client satisfaction.
• Mentor consultants, develop offerings, and advance delivery methodologies.
• Manage executive client relationships and help clients leverage Microsoft technologies.
• Maintain billable utilization through direct client engagement and leadership activities.
• Contribute to business development pursuits and account expansion.
• Lead engagements focused on Azure, M365, Dynamics 365, Power Platform, Data & AI, and cloud transformation.
