Job summary

Dr. Reddy’s Laboratories Ltd. is seeking a Lead Associate, Portfolio to shape the North America portfolio strategy across Value Added Medicines, Biosimilars, and Injectable Generics.

You will evaluate opportunities, support regulatory and development pathways, and build business cases to drive growth in a dynamic market. You’ll collaborate with Commercial, R&D, Regulatory, and Business Development teams to deliver data-driven insights and strategic recommendations for product selection,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Business, Finance, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
• 3-5 years of experience in pharmaceutical portfolio strategy, product management, business development, or commercial strategy.
• Experience with biosimilars, injectables, and value-added medicines portfolios.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills with the ability to synthesize data into actionable recommendations.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with cross-functional influence.

Responsibilities

• Support development and execution of the North America portfolio strategy across Value Added Medicines, Biosimilars, and Injectable Generics.
• Evaluate and prioritize new product opportunities through market assessment, regulatory evaluation, and commercial viability reviews.
• Conduct market research to identify unmet stakeholder needs and growth opportunities across therapeutic categories.
• Partner with R&D, Regulatory, and Commercial teams to assess development pathways and launch feasibility.
• Develop business cases, financial models, and portfolio recommendations to support investment decisions.
• Monitor biosimilar and injectable market dynamics including patent landscapes and payer access trends.
• Support lifecycle management initiatives for existing products including line extensions and portfolio optimization.
• Prepare and present portfolio analyses and strategic insights for senior leadership.
