Job summary

Seated, Inc. is hiring a Senior Manager of Strategy & Analytics to own the company’s numbers, forecasting, and partner performance. You’ll build dashboards, manage data access, and guide data-driven decisions with senior leadership. This is a senior IC role reporting to the VP of Finance in NYC.

You’ll lead predictive models, support month-end close, and drive commercial decisions on targets, pricing, and growth across restaurants and partners.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years in strategy, analytics, FP&A, or similar
• Strong SQL skills (Redshift, PostgreSQL)
• Strong Tableau skills
• Experience forecasting, modeling, and executive reporting
• ML literacy and predictive models experience
• Ability to distill complex analysis into CEO-ready recommendations
• Strong partner and stakeholder management
• Comfort with AI/LLM automations
• Independent contributor in a small, high-visibility team

Responsibilities

• Own recurring business reporting (weekly reviews, daily pacing, data files)
• Build and maintain executive dashboards in BI tools
• Own data access, refreshes, and dependencies with Engineering
• Maintain data dictionary and lineage across warehouses and CRM
• Support month-end close with accurate rewards data
• Own predictive models from retraining to monitoring
• Translate model outputs into commercial decisions (sales targets, pricing)
• Lead deep dives on churn, restaurant performance, segmentation, and unit economics
• Track performance for API and rewards partners, with reviews
• Use cohort and expansion analysis to identify growth opportunities and pricing changes
• Own bottoms-up forecast and explain variances to plan
• Create monthly all-hands content and assist investor diligence
• Define company metrics and ensure consistent usage
• Automate recurring data requests with AI tooling
