Seated is hiring a Senior Manager of Strategy & Analytics to own company numbers, forecast performance, and drive executive reporting. You will lead data dashboards, model governance, and commercial decision-making with cross-functional partners.

This role is a hands-on IC in a high-visibility team and reports to the VP of Finance. You’ll own predictive models, collaborate with engineering on data reliability, and enable data-driven pricing and growth strategies while shaping investor reporting

Qualifications

• 5-7 years in strategy, analytics, FP&A, consulting, or similar.
• Strong SQL, including Redshift and PostgreSQL.
• Strong Tableau skills.
• Experience owning forecasting, financial modeling, and executive reporting.
• ML literacy and hands-on experience managing predictive models.
• Ability to distill complex analysis into CEO-ready recommendations.

Responsabilités

• Own recurring business reporting, including weekly reviews and partner data reconciliations.
• Build and maintain executive and operational dashboards in BI tools.
• Own data access, refresh schedules, and reporting dependencies with Eng.
• Maintain data dictionary and lineage across warehouses and CRM.
• Support month-end close with accurate transaction, rewards, and expiration data.
• Own predictive models, including GMV prediction and lead scoring, and improve them.
• Translate model outputs into commercial decisions on targets and incentives.
• Lead deep dives on churn, restaurant performance, segmentation, and unit economics.
• Track performance across APIs and rewards partners; lead reviews.
• Use cohort/expansion analysis to inform pricing and restaurant-level optimization.
• Own bottoms-up forecast and explain variances to plan.
• Create monthly all-hands content; support investor diligence and fundraising.
• Define company metrics and ensure consistent usage.
• Automate recurring data requests with AI and scripting.
