Responsibilities

• Strategic leadership: Develop business strategies that drive growth, profitability, and competitive success.
• Leadership: May manage and develop multiple analysts; coach and mentor associates.
• Product: Develop and implement new product and pricing strategies; lead product-level data modeling/analytics.
• Marketing: Lead direct-to-consumer marketing efforts and go-to-market strategies; build insights for new experiences.
• Credit Risk: Improve credit performance by linking drivers to trends; create risk models and test hypotheses.
• Execution: Manage delivery of business intent; build requirements and execute product strategy; oversee multiple projects.
• Partnership: Collaborate with IT, Sales, Operations, Finance to drive quality, volume, service, and profitability.
• Strategic; analytic orientation: Base decisions on analytics with strong quantitative focus.
• Strong business judgment, leadership and integrity: Tenacious yet responsible decision making.
• Solid people leadership experience: Build and leverage high-performing teams across the enterprise.
• Strong executive communication skills: Impeccable written and verbal communication and influencing ability.
