You will conduct market and competitive analyses, evaluate growth opportunities, and present findings to executives. This hybrid role blends research, analysis, and collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree with strong academics.
• 2–4 years in internal strategy, management consulting, or banking.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communications; executive presence.

Responsibilities

• Develop problem statements and structure solving approaches for PGIM's challenges.
• Establish the fact-base to answer senior management questions.
• Conduct strategic analyses of markets, competitors, products, and client segments.
• Prepare presentations and recommendations for senior executives and governance bodies.
• Lead competitor intelligence, industry benchmarking, and research initiatives.
• Support due diligence and financial analysis for business development.
• Coordinate cross-functional strategic initiatives with investment, distribution, and finance teams.

Education

Bachelor's degree
