PGIM, the global asset management arm of Prudential, seeks a candidate for Investment Operations in Newark, NJ with hybrid work flexibility. You’ll support settlements, reconciliations, asset servicing, and derivative activities while partnering with brokers, custodians, fund accountants, and internal teams to ensure data integrity and timely processing.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, business, information systems, or related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating across teams.

Responsibilities

• Settle investment transactions across multiple asset classes and coordinate with brokers and custodians.
• Perform cash, position, and transaction reconciliations and investigate breaks.
• Support asset servicing events such as dividends, corporate actions, and reorganizations.
• Monitor derivatives, margin, and collateral related activities and issues.
• Analyze operational data to identify trends and drive improvements.
• Participate in automation and process-improvement initiatives and testing.
