JM Test Systems, LLC. seeks a Senior Strategy Analyst to partner with executive leadership to identify growth opportunities and analyze performance. You will translate complex data into actionable insights, work across Sales, Marketing, Finance, Operations, and Leadership, and drive strategic decisions that impact revenue and profitability.

The role emphasizes forecasting, GTM strategy, competitive analysis, and cross-functional collaboration to support acquisitions and integration initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 2+ years in strategy-related roles (strategy consulting, corporate strategy, FP&A, or similar).
• Strong analytical and structured problem-solving skills.
• Ability to translate ambiguous questions into clear recommendations.
• Advanced Excel, SQL, and PowerPoint proficiency.
• Experience using AI/LLM tools and CRM platforms.

Responsibilities

• Analyze complex business questions and provide clear, actionable recommendations to leadership.
• Identify revenue growth opportunities across customers, industries, geographies, and service lines.
• Analyze customer acquisition, retention, churn, wallet share, cross-selling, and sales performance.
• Partner with Sales and Commercial Leadership to develop go-to-market and growth strategies.
• Develop forecasting models and predictive analyses to identify trends, opportunities, and risks.
• Create executive and Board-level presentations, KPI reporting, and performance materials.
• Research market trends, competitors, customer demand, and industry developments.
• Analyze pricing, profitability, margins, discounting, and service-line performance.
• Support corporate development, acquisitions, and post-acquisition integration initiatives.
• Partner with Data Engineering and Software Engineering to improve data quality, reporting, and analytics.
• Build self-service reporting tools and leverage AI/LLM technology to improve analysis.
• Automate recurring reporting and develop scalable analytical solutions.
• Manage multiple strategic projects with limited direction.
• Present findings and recommendations to senior leadership and drive decisions through execution.

We are seeking a Senior Strategy Analyst to partner with our executive and commercial leadership teams to identify growth opportunities, analyze business performance, and support strategic decision-making. This role will turn complex business questions and data into clear insights and actionable recommendations. The Senior Strategy Analyst will work across Sales, Marketing, Finance, Operations, and Leadership to evaluate customers, markets, profitability, competitive trends, and strategic initiatives. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Data Science, Statistics, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in strategy consulting, corporate strategy, investment banking, private equity, corporate development, FP&A, commercial analytics, or a related field.
• Strong analytical and structured problem-solving skills.
• Ability to take an ambiguous business question and develop a clear recommendation.
• Strong commercial understanding and curiosity about how businesses grow and generate revenue.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel, SQL, and PowerPoint.
• Experience using AI/LLM tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, or similar platforms.
• Experience with CRM platforms such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
• Strong financial understanding, including P&L mechanics, margin analysis, and profitability.
• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.
• Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple priorities independently.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Advanced degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Data Science, or a related field.
• Experience with Python, R, Power BI, Tableau, or other BI platforms.
• Experience with sales engagement or marketing automation platforms such as Apollo, Clay, or Klaviyo.
• Experience working with Data Engineering or Software Engineering teams.
• Knowledge of data warehousing, ETL, data governance, and data quality.
• Experience supporting acquisitions, integrations, or corporate development initiatives.
• Experience developing forecasting or predictive models.
• Experience in a B2B, industrial, technical services, or multi-location organization.
