JM Test Systems is seeking an experienced Division Manager to own and scale a location in Mobile, AL. You will drive growth, profitability, and operational performance, uniting people, safety, quality, and customer experience under a strong culture of accountability.

You'll lead a high-performing team, develop practical processes, monitor KPIs, and partner with Sales to expand business while aligning with corporate initiatives.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive leadership or management experience in an industrial, technical service, manufacturing, calibration, or similar environment.
• Proven experience leading and growing an operation, business unit, or service organization.
• Strong business and financial acumen with experience managing revenue, profitability, budgets, forecasts, and metrics.
• Ability to identify growth opportunities and build the people, processes, and structure to scale.
• Experience developing employees, coaching performance, and building accountable teams.
• Customer-oriented mindset with ability to develop relationships and drive growth.

JM Test Systems is looking for an experienced, results-driven Division Manager to take ownership of one of our operating locations with a focus on growing and scaling the business.

This is more than an operations management role. As Division Manager, you will have responsibility for the overall performance and growth of the location, bringing together people, operations, financial performance, customer relationships, safety, and quality to build a high-performing and scalable business. We’re looking for a leader who can develop people, strengthen operations, drive profitability, identify growth opportunities, and build the structure and processes needed to scale while delivering an exceptional customer experience and creating a strong culture of accountability.

What You'll Do

• Own the overall growth, operational performance, and profitability of the division.


• Develop and execute strategies to grow revenue, improve margins, and scale the business within the local market.


• Lead daily operations while building processes, structure, and capabilities that support future growth.


• Develop, coach, and lead a high-performing team across technical, administrative, sales, and operational functions.


• Establish and monitor KPIs, using performance data to identify opportunities and drive measurable improvements.


• Partner with Sales and other teams to strengthen customer relationships, expand existing business, and identify new growth opportunities.


• Manage budgets, forecasts, staffing, resources, and operational priorities to support short- and long-term business objectives.


• Drive performance across quality, safety, productivity, turnaround time, and customer satisfaction.


• Create a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, teamwork, and strong execution.


• Partner with corporate leadership and other JM Test Systems locations to execute company initiatives and support broader organizational growth.

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of progressive leadership or management experience, preferably within an industrial, technical service, manufacturing, calibration, or similar operational environment.


• Proven experience leading and growing an operation, business unit, or service organization.


• Strong business and financial acumen with experience managing revenue, profitability, budgets, forecasts, and performance metrics.


• Demonstrated ability to identify opportunities for growth and build the people, processes, and structure needed to scale.


• Experience developing employees, setting expectations, coaching performance, and building accountable teams.


• Strong customer and commercial mindset with the ability to develop relationships and support business growth.


• Ability to analyze operational and financial data and translate insights into action.


• Strong communication, decision-making, problem-solving, and organizational skills.


• Experience within a quality-driven or regulated environment preferred.


• Bachelor's or Associate degree in Business, Operations, a technical discipline, or related field preferred; equivalent leadership and industry experience will also be considered.
