People Stretch Solutions, Inc. (PSS) is a Washington, DC-based management consulting firm specializing in strategy, C-level advisory, and business development effectiveness for North America and EMEA.

We are growing our practice advising clients on AI strategy and governance, helping them adopt generative AI. Senior Consultant will own defined workstreams on strategy and AI engagements, building models and decks, running workshops, and gaining client exposure early.

Qualifications

• 5-8 years in management consulting or comparable advisory role.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with experience turning data into clear recommendations.
• Advanced Excel (modeling, PivotTables, Power Query) and PowerPoint (executive-quality slides).
• Hands-on experience using generative AI tools (e.g., Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude).
• Clear, concise writing and presentation skills.
• Comfort working in a small, fast-moving firm.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, economics, or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Conduct research, data gathering, and financial/operational analyses on strategy engagements.
• Build Excel models and executive-ready PowerPoint decks that turn findings into recommendations.
• Prepare and co-facilitate planning sessions and workshops with agendas, materials, notes, and follow-ups.
• Manage your workstreams day to day: trackers, status updates, deadlines, and client contact.
• Support AI readiness assessments, use-case identification and prioritization, and phased adoption roadmaps.
• Research AI governance frameworks (NIST, ISO/IEC 42001, EU AI Act) and help draft policies and guardrails.
• Use generative AI tools in your own work to speed up research, analysis, and drafting.
