Qualifications

• 8+ years of relevant consulting experience in workforce strategy or HR analytics.
• Master's or PhD in economics, I-O psychology, statistics, data science, or related field.
• Experience in pay equity analysis and external labor market analyses.
• Strong statistical and machine learning skills: regression, causal inference, time series.
• Proficiency with Python, R, SQL and Tableau.
• Excellent storytelling and client-facing leadership.

Responsibilities

• Translate business problems into analytics-driven workforce solutions.
• Design, build, and operationalize analytic models and data products.
• Lead client engagements as the analytics and AI lead.
• Drive pay equity, strategic workforce planning, and external analyses.
• Create deliverables: dashboards, visuals, and client-ready decks.
• Ensure responsible AI use with validation, bias mitigation, and explainability.
• Contribute to intellectual capital and client accelerators.
