Job summary

Thought Logic Consulting is seeking a Principal Consultant for AI Strategy & Governance in Minneapolis. You will lead engagements guiding clients to transform AI from experimentation to scalable enterprise capabilities, designing operating models, governance, and policy structures that enable responsible AI adoption.

You will work with C-suite and senior leaders to align AI strategy with business value, risk management, and regulatory compliance, building roadmaps, CoE models, and governance

Qualifications

• 5+ years in management consulting, AI strategy, governance, or advisory roles.
• Experience designing AI or data governance frameworks and policies.
• Strong understanding of Generative/Agentic AI, data governance, and responsible AI principles.

Responsibilities

• Lead AI maturity assessments and define transformation priorities.
• Define target-state AI operating models and governance structures.
• Develop AI use-case roadmaps aligned to business value and feasibility.
• Advise executives on Generative and Agentic AI adoption strategies and scaling.
• Design CoE models for enterprise-wide AI adoption.
• Facilitate executive alignment with enterprise architecture, risk, privacy, and leadership.
