Job summary

Gartner Consulting seeks a Senior Consultant to lead AI-driven client engagements, bridging hands-on analysis with emerging workstream leadership. You will own workstreams, guide junior consultants, and translate Gartner research into practical, decision-ready client outcomes.

The ideal candidate has hands-on AI deployment experience in a consulting context and can communicate with senior stakeholders to drive strategy and governance across engagements.

Qualifications

• 4-7 years in consulting/technology with meaningful AI exposure.
• Structured thinking and problem-solving with independent analysis.
• Hands-on experience building generative AI solutions/agents.
• Ability to translate Gartner research into client-ready deliverables.

Responsibilities

• Own one or more workstreams within a broader engagement, managing scope and timelines.
• Conduct primary and secondary research and synthesize clear insights.
• Develop core artifacts: maturity assessments, roadmaps, business cases.
• Distinguish signal from noise in AI to provide tangible recommendations.
• Lead and coach junior consultants and contribute to proposals.
