ALSAC/St. Jude Children's Research Hospital seeks an Executive Advisor, Transformational Gifts to shape strategy and engagement of ultra-wealth donors.

The role drives $10M+ gifts, partnering with executive leadership, clinical teams and philanthropic stakeholders to craft compelling asks and stewardship plans. The position requires a track record in closing large gifts, strategic consulting across teams, and adeptness in stewarding long-term donor relationships.

Qualifications

• 10+ years’ experience in closing/advising on 8- and 9-figure philanthropic conversations.

Responsabilités

• Portfolio management for $10M+ gifts and stewardship.
• Design and execute transformational gift strategies with internal teams.
• Provide internal consulting to relationship managers on donor conversations and gift strategy.
• Coordinate with executives for high-stakes donor engagements and meetings.
• Support advisory boards and transform donor engagement experiences.
• Co-create proposals reflecting donor vision and institutional priorities.
• Lead campaigns and initiative strategies across departments to broaden transformational giving.
