Qualifications

10+ years’ relevant work experience with closing and/or advising on 8- and 9- figure philanthropic conversations.
Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred.
Ability to navigate highly matrixed environments and travel nationally.

Responsibilities

Portfolio management: drive revenue through qualification, cultivation, solicitation, closing and stewardship of 10M+ gifts.
Transformational Gift Strategy: design and drive strategies for engaging ultra-wealth prospects with capacity for transformational gifts.
Consulting and Capacity Building: provide strategic internal consulting to relationship managers on donor conversations and gift strategy.
Executive Engagement: collaborate with SVP Transformational Giving and C-Suite on high-stakes donor steps and meetings.
High Value Volunteer Engagement: support advisory boards and councils with meaningful engagement opportunities.
Narrative & Case Co-Creation: co-create proposals reflecting donor vision and institutional impact.
Strategic Initiatives & Campaign Leadership: contribute to campaigns and donor experiences aligned with transformational giving.
