This strategic role blends fundraising leadership with cross-functional collaboration to advance our mission. You will partner with senior leadership to design campaigns, prepare major donor meetings, and steward relationships nationwide, supporting significant institutional goals and

Qualifications

• 10+ years’ relevant work experience in healthcare, higher education, or complex mission-driven institutions.
• Experience closing or advising on 8- and 9-figure philanthropic conversations.
• Natural coach and facilitator who can develop others’ leadership skills.
• Ability to translate research initiatives and clinical innovations into donor-centered opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Drive revenue through qualification, cultivation, solicitation and stewardship of 10M+ gifts.
• Design, refine and drive transformational gift strategies with internal teams.
• Provide strategic internal consulting to relationship managers across the organization.
• Prepare for donor conversations, gift strategy and development, long-term relationship building.
• Co-create customized proposals and opportunities reflecting donor vision and organizational impact.
