Job Family: Management Consulting Travel Required: Up to 10% Clearance Required: Ability to Obtain Public Trust

Guidehouse seeks a Workforce Analyst to support workforce planning, operational effectiveness, strategic transformation, and organizational change management engagements across federal civilian agencies. This role will help clients assess organizational performance, align workforce resources with mission requirements, improve operating models, and develop actionable recommendations that strengthen mission delivery. As a Workforce Analyst, you will work as part of multidisciplinary consulting teams supporting qualitative and quantitative analyses, stakeholder engagement activities, organizational assessments, workforce studies, benchmarking efforts, and strategic planning initiatives. You will partner directly with clients, subject matter experts, and project leadership to solve complex workforce and organizational challenges.

What You Will Do:

• Support organizational assessments, workforce studies, strategic planning efforts, and operational improvement initiatives, as well as associated change management activities.
• Conduct benchmarking and comparative analyses, research, and data collection activities, including stakeholder interviews, workshops, and focus groups.
• Translate technical qualitative and quantitative analytical findings into actionable insights and client recommendations that can support strategic transformation efforts.
• Help execute organizational design, workforce planning, and process improvement efforts.
• Develop client-ready deliverables, including formal written reports, presentations, and executive briefings.
• Support project management and engagement coordination activities.
• Facilitate client meetings and working sessions.
• Contribute to proposal development, thought leadership, and internal capability-building initiatives.

What You Will Need:

• Must be able to OBTAIN and MAINTAIN a Federal or DoD "PUBLIC TRUST"; candidates must obtain approved adjudication of their PUBLIC TRUST prior to onboarding with Guidehouse. Candidates with an ACTIVE PUBLIC TRUST or SUITABILITY are preferred.
• Must be a US Citizen due to nature of client engagements.
• Bachelor's degree.
• Three(3) to Five(5) years of experience, including Three (3) years management consulting, organizational effectiveness, workforce planning, human capital, public sector consulting, change management, or related fields.
• Demonstrated experience performing qualitative and quantitative research, analysis, and problem-solving.
• Demonstrated experience translating analytical findings into client-ready presentations, reports, and deliverables.
• Excellent written and verbal communications skills, with a proven ability to develop executive-level briefing materials.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in team environments.
• Must reside within commutable distance from the Client office in Washington, DC.

What Would Be Nice To Have:

• Experience supporting federal civilian agencies.
• Experience supporting HR or workforce-related initiatives, process improvement efforts, or organizational design work.
• Experience conducting interviews, workshops, or stakeholder engagements.
• Experience supporting program evaluations or organizational assessments.
• Comfort with quantitative analysis in Excel, as well as the ability to translate analysis findings into easily digestible visuals or communications.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., SHRM, HRCI, PMP, PROSCI or CCMP).
• Master's degree in Public Policy, Public Administration, Business, Organizational Psychology, Human Resources, or a related field.
