Job summary
Guidehouse seeks a Senior Data Analyst to support data analytics, visualization, program evaluation, and workforce planning across federal civilian agencies. You will transform complex datasets into actionable insights to inform strategic decisions, organizational design, staffing models, and performance management.
You will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to collect and structure data, perform quantitative and qualitative analyses, create client-ready deliverables, and present findings
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher in analytics, data science, economics, statistics, mathematics, or a related field.
- Master's degree is a plus and may strengthen the candidacy.
- Strong quantitative and qualitative analysis abilities required.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with clients to collect, structure, and analyze quantitative and qualitative data.
- Develop client-ready dashboards and visualizations to support decision making.
- Perform forecasting, trend analysis, and scenario modeling for organizational design and workforce planning.
- Translate findings into actionable recommendations for executive and program leadership.
