Job summary

You will maintain expertise in wireless products, network coverage, and value-added solutions to support sales engagements across the lifecycle and ensure customer satisfaction. Travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree plus 7 years of related work experience or advanced degree with 5 years of related experience.
• Acceptable areas of study include Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Management or equivalent experience.
• 7–10 years of experience in solutions engineering, sales engineering, technical consulting, or related roles supporting enterprise accounts.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers to understand requirements and present tailored wireless solutions.
• Conduct wireless network coverage analysis and review findings with customers.
• Assist customers with processing requests related to in-building wireless coverage improvements.
• Identify business opportunities and recommend wireless solutions to meet customer needs.
• Maintain expertise in wireless devices, network technologies, and value-added solutions.
• Support other duties/projects as assigned by management.
