Qualifications

• Must have a High School Diploma or GED; STEM degree preferred.
• 2-4 years in telecommunications, IT admin, network engineering, or API/systems integration roles; direct hands-on REST APIs and integration experience required.

Responsibilities

• Consult on customer needs and design tailored wireless solutions to drive opportunities.
• Deliver technical presentations and demonstrations including API and Technical Portal capabilities.
• Design, test, and support API-enabled solutions with Product Architects and CX teams.
• Maintain expertise through training and certification in wireless tech, API frameworks, and industry developments.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on special projects and market initiatives.
• Provide post-sale support including troubleshooting, escalation management, and customer training.
