Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in business analysis, business systems analysis, process analysis, project analysis, or strategy support.
• Healthcare, managed care, or highly regulated environments preferred.
• Experience with business case development, KPI/benefit tracking, and financial or operational analysis.
• Experience with Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid delivery methodologies and process improvement methods.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex business analysis for strategic initiatives and translate needs into actionable capabilities.
• Facilitate executive workshops and cross-functional requirements activities to resolve ambiguity.
• Establish end-to-end traceability between objectives, value, and outcomes.
• Identify enterprise risks and readiness, recommending mitigation and governance actions.
