About the Role

This role will partner with business stakeholders, subject matter experts, and technical teams to gather requirements, document business processes, and support successful project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
• Create process maps, use cases, workflows, and functional documentation.
• Serve as a liaison between business users and technical teams.
• Analyze and document data integrations, transformations, and business rules.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to clarify requirements and processes.
• Identify and communicate project risks, issues, and dependencies.
• Provide project updates and support testing and implementation activities.

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of business analysis experience supporting enterprise integration projects.
• Knowledge of workers' compensation or related insurance environments.
