Qualifications

• Six (6)+ years of experience leading teams and business solutions analysis projects or products
• Five (5)+ years of experience working in healthcare/medical environment
• Four (4)+ years of experience providing business analysis for software engineering teams
• Experience in agile software delivery methods

Responsibilities

• Translates business context and requirements into features for agile teams
• Partners with Product Owners to understand, analyze, document and communicate program requirements
• Articulates product value and tracks KPIs as a foundation for decision making
• Clarifies product requirements and translates business needs for engineers in short sprints
• Coaches and mentors junior Business Analysts
• Remote eligible.
