Job summary

CareSource is seeking a Business Analyst IV to shape strategy, guide enterprise initiatives, and align org objectives with technology-enabled solutions. You will partner with leadership, define value, and influence decisions to support priorities.

The role requires mentoring analysts, establishing best practices, and leading complex transformations across programs. You will establish executive partnerships, evaluate investments, and drive measurable business outcomes while championing innovation

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required.
Seven (7) years of progressive business analysis or related experience.
Experience with Azure DevOps, Service Now, JIRA, Modern Requirements or equivalent tools.
Hybrid/agile experience is required.

Responsibilities

Establish executive-level partnerships across business and technology functions for strategic alignment.
Evaluate investment opportunities, develop business cases, and define success measures.
Own business analysis strategy across multiple programs and enterprise initiatives.
Provide strategic oversight for Epics, Features, and requirements throughout their lifecycle.
Lead requirements discovery, analysis, and modeling for enterprise-wide solutions.
Advise leadership on prioritization, funding, and value realization.
