CareSource is seeking a Business Analyst IV to lead business analysis strategy across multiple enterprise programs, partnering with executives to align technology solutions with strategic goals. You will shape investment cases, funding decisions, and measurable business outcomes while mentoring analysts and driving standards and best practices.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required.
Seven (7) years of progressive business analysis experience required.
Relevant payer industry experience required.
Experience with Azure DevOps, ServiceNow, JIRA, Modern Requirements or equivalent tools and hybrid/agile processes.

Responsibilities

Establish executive-level partnerships to drive strategic alignment and accountability for enterprise initiatives.
Evaluate investment opportunities with senior leadership and develop business cases with measurable outcomes.
Own business analysis strategy across programs and ensure value realization.
Provide strategic oversight for Epics, Features, and requirements throughout their lifecycle.
