Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; seven years of progressive business analysis or related experience preferred.
• Experience in payer industry and regulatory reporting/compliance required.
• Experience with hybrid/agile processes and tools such as Azure DevOps, ServiceNow, JIRA, Modern Requirements.

Responsibilities

• Establish executive partnerships and align strategic initiatives across business and technology functions.
• Evaluate investment opportunities, build business cases, define success measures, and ensure value realization.
• Own business analysis strategy across programs and ensure alignment with objectives and funding.
• Lead requirements discovery, modeling, and lifecycle oversight for Epics and features across domains.
• Mentor analysts and promote enterprise-wide business analysis capability improvements.
