• Develop proactive sourcing to engage passive and active candidates.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines.
• Monitor market trends and talent availability.
• Provide data-driven recommendations and recruiting best practices.
• Use ATS to manage candidate workflows and ensure compliance.
• Support employer branding and candidate value propositions.
• Participate in recruiting events and talent community engagement.
