Job summary

CINQCARE is seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner to act as a strategic partner across the organization, driving full-cycle recruitment, building talent pipelines, and strengthening employer branding. You will forecast hiring needs, develop sourcing strategies, and collaborate with departments to support growth in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field required; advanced degree or relevant certifications preferred.
• Minimum of 6 years of progressive experience in talent acquisition with high-volume hiring and closing complex roles.
• Proficiency in ATS/HRIS and MS Office; familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter and CRM platforms.

Responsibilities

• Oversee full-cycle recruitment, ensuring consistency and alignment with needs.
• Design and execute role-specific talent acquisition strategies via various sourcing channels.
• Own and improve candidate experience with automation and best practices.
• Support recruitment marketing and employer branding across digital platforms.
• Establish partnerships with community organizations and universities.
• Support DEI recruitment strategies to build representative workforce.
• Maintain recruitment dashboards, KPIs, funnel metrics, time-to-fill, and budget planning.
• Represent CINQCARE at recruiting events to promote brand visibility.
• Stay updated on labor market trends and recruitment practices.
• Lead and develop junior talent acquisition team members.
• Own offer process including presentation, negotiation, and onboarding coordination.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and internal policies.
• Partner with HRBP and Hiring Managers to maintain compliant job descriptions.
