Job summary

DocuSign seeks an experienced Senior Strategic Sourcing Manager to shape category strategy and lead supplier relationships across technology and outside services. You will drive complex initiatives, manage multi-stakeholder programs, and deliver measurable cost optimization and risk mitigation in support of enterprise goals.

This individual contributor role reports to the Director, Strategic Sourcing, and emphasizes strategic acumen, data-driven decision making, and collaboration with Finance,

Qualifications

• 12+ years in Procurement, Sourcing or Category Management in tech/outside services.
• Experience leading enterprise sourcing initiatives with measurable savings.
• Strong supplier relationship mgmt with executive stakeholders.
• Proficient in Excel, data analytics, and spend analytics with BI tools.
• Familiarity with AI to accelerate research and insights with judgment.

Responsibilities

• Develop category strategies and roadmaps with market research and risk assessment.
• Lead large-scale sourcing initiatives (RFP/RFI/RFQ) using modern tools to scale processes.
• Negotiate terms with suppliers; balance cost, risk, and performance.
• Manage strategic supplier partnerships; conduct quarterly reviews with execs.
• Prepare business cases, ROI models, and risk mitigation plans for leadership.
• Create spend dashboards; analyze trends with AI support and domain input.
• Lead cross-functional sourcing teams; align stakeholders across units.
