Legend Brands is seeking a Strategic Sourcing Buyer II/Senior to work from our Burlington, Washington headquarters. This role partners with multiple stakeholders to diversify procurement, bring new products to market, and support operational buying.

Responsibilities include planning, data analysis, negotiating, and cost management across BOMs and supplier contracts. The ideal candidate has 5–10+ years of procurement experience, strong Excel and ERP (D365) skills, and a track record of leading

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering or related field.
• Purchasing certification preferred.
• 5–10 years of procurement experience.
• HVAC parts and equipment knowledge a plus.
• Strong knowledge of MRP/ERP systems (D365 preferred).
• Experience leading cross-functional sourcing initiatives.

Responsabilidades

• Identify, evaluate, and select new suppliers meeting quality, delivery, and cost objectives.
• Design and implement scalable sourcing plans.
• Manage contracts and supply agreements with vendors.
• Analyze Bills of Materials and obtain cost, lead time, MOQ, tooling cost for product development.
• Collaborate with buyers and suppliers on negotiations and new product introductions.
• Support Engineering and New Product Teams with sourcing best practices.
• Ensure procured materials meet technical, business, and quality requirements.
• Maintain procurement data and systems for reporting and analysis.
• Stay informed on industry trends and regulatory changes.
• Present project timelines and status to leadership.
• Improve department KPIs.
