Job summary

Maxcess International in Idaho is seeking a Senior Buyer to manage a portfolio of commodity suppliers, lead strategic procurement, and drive fair engagement through RFQ and negotiations.

The role requires 3-5 years in supply chain, experience with cross-functional teams, Epicor or similar ERP, and proficiency in Microsoft Office. A Bachelor's degree is preferred; APICS/ISM certification is a plus. We value continuous improvement and supplier development.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of Supply Chain experience required.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams.
• Problem solving and prevention skills a must.
• Epicor experience or similar ERP required.
• Microsoft Office - Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Manages a portfolio of commodity suppliers and implements a comprehensive strategic supply strategy.
• Lead supplier selection, engagement, and development initiatives.
• Ensure fair supplier engagement processes (RFQ, negotiations, etc.).
• Provide supply chain guidance to company locations purchasing commodity products.
• Procurement of production and non-production materials, tooling, and capital equipment.
