Job summary

Creation Technologies in Everett, WA is seeking a Senior Buyer to manage high-volume procurement supporting production and BU needs. You’ll work with the BU Planning Team to optimize inventory, reduce costs, and ensure supplier performance and on-time deliveries.

The role requires 5+ years in supply chain, ERP experience, strong communication, and a proactive approach to driving process improvements and LEAN initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in operations, inventory or purchasing management or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Supply Chain.
• ERP system experience within a Supply Chain environment including purchasing and inventory.
• Proficient English business communications, both written and verbal.
• Proficiency in operating a computer including Windows-based OS and MS Office (Excel with V-lookups, data filters, pivot tables).

Responsibilities

• Manage high-volume, strategic, and complex customer accounts.
• Generate and manage ERP purchase orders and PO actions.
• Monitor PO status and communicate updates to the Customer Focus Team.
• Support supplier management, negotiations, and cost reduction efforts.
• Assist in writing SOPs/Desk Instructions and LEAN initiatives.
• Stand in for the Procurement Manager when needed.
