The role requires 8+ years of sales experience, 2+ years of people leadership, a Bachelor's degree, and strong communication. Proficiency in Excel/Word and order management software is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Account Team Development: Coaches Account Managers and ensures they align with strategy and KPIs.
• Performance & Accountability: Monitors revenue growth, pipeline velocity, and KPI achievement.
