Job summary

Qualifications

• 4+ years of project management & operations experience in entertainment/tech/strategy.
• Experience in highly iterative, collaborative environments with shifting priorities.
• Proficiency with multiple project and communication tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, JIRA, Asana, Monday).
• Thoughtful, results-driven approach and continuous learning mindset.
• Outstanding written communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate team workflows and suggest improvements to increase efficiency across Publishing.
• Synthesize needs of diverse teams to create aligned, trackable project flow for leadership.
• Maintain a dynamic project tracker and central source of truth for workflows in Confluence and related tools.
• Ensure key milestones are communicated to team leads with context to inform decisions.
• Track success metrics for major projects and support ongoing and new initiatives across departments.
