Scopely is seeking a Senior Director of Publishing Production for a remote role in the United States. You will lead Publishing Production for a new mobile title, partnering with Development, Marketing, Licensing and Live Operations to deliver exceptional player experiences.

You will translate strategy into action, manage complex cross-functional programs, and drive operational excellence, while building a scalable, autonomous production function that supports global launches and ongoing live

Qualifications

• Experience leading Production/Publishing Production for mobile live-service games.
• Delivery of complex cross-functional publishing initiatives including launches and campaigns.
• Ability to translate strategy into actionable execution and unblock teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead Publishing Production across Development, Marketing, Licensing, Live Ops.
• Coordinate roadmaps and campaigns from planning to execution.
• Drive end-to-end initiatives: soft launch, global launch, and marketing campaigns.
• Establish clear ownership, priorities, and decision rhythms for fast execution.
• Build partnerships across Product, Development, Marketing, Community, UA, CRM and external partners.
• Improve systems and processes to enhance execution quality and predictability.
• Provide senior leadership with production visibility and risk reporting.
