Rockstar Games is seeking a Senior Project Coordinator to join our Publishing department in NYC. You’ll coordinate team workflows and help improve efficacy across the Publishing organization.

The role requires synthesizing needs of multiple teams into aligned, measurable project flows for leadership. You’ll maintain a central project tracker and support cross-functional delivery.

This is an in‑office, full‑time position at our NYC headquarters.

Qualifikationen

• 4+ years of project management & operations experience in entertainment/tech/strategy environments.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, and strong interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, work independently, and drive cross‑functional collaboration.

• Develop a clear understanding of team workflows to synchronize projects for impactful delivery.
• Ensure leads are aware of milestones and have context to make informed decisions.
• Maintain a central, dynamic project tracker as the source of truth for workflows and results.
• Track success metrics for key projects and document results using Confluence and other tools.
• Collaborate with delivery teams to prioritize requirements, manage dependencies, and align roadmaps.
