You will lead cross‑functional programmes, build governance, manage risks, and deliver measurable business value with executive stakeholders. This is a fast‑moving, collaborative role at Pax8 that accelerates growth and innovation.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience leading complex programmes or transformation initiatives.
• Consulting, strategy, operations or business transformation background.
• Strong governance, execution planning, stakeholder engagement, and operations expertise.

Responsibilities

• Lead high‑impact strategic programmes from concept to delivery.
• Build and maintain comprehensive project plans aligning priorities, timelines, resources, outcomes.
• Partner with executive stakeholders to deliver measurable business value.
• Create governance frameworks for decision making and transparency.
• Identify and manage risks, dependencies, obstacles, and solutions.
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams across multiple workstreams.
• Monitor performance via metrics, reporting, and continuous improvement.
• Drive organisational change to ensure adoption of new processes and systems.
