Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 10–12 years of relevant experience within the finance industry.
• Prior business project management experience required.
• Strong Microsoft Office skills required.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple projects and/or a large program with multiple workstreams, ensuring execution within the Change Management Framework.
• Collaborate with business functions across Investment Management and external partners to achieve objectives.
• Interact with leadership to provide transparency and support for initiatives.
• Establish program structures that drive execution and accountability across geographies.
• Engage senior stakeholders to define outcomes and secure alignment for deliverables.
• Synthesize updates across workstreams for executive communication.
• Identify risks, propose remediation, and obtain stakeholder buy-in for action plans.
• Create and maintain program documentation aligned to the Change Management Framework.
• Embed change management throughout the lifecycle and promote governance and control structures.
