State Street in Massachusetts is seeking a client-facing specialist to oversee end-of-night service performance within Investment Services. You will manage projects, coordinate across operations and technology teams, and serve as a liaison to ensure high-quality client outcomes.

Qualifications

• BS/BA degree required with 4–6 years in operational, product management, or project oversight in financial services.
• Strong communication skills and ability to present to clients and senior STT management.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and managing client expectations.

Responsibilities

• Ensure daily adherence to end-of-night SLAs and manage client communications as necessary.
• Manage client relationships and sentiment via extensive daily interaction with clients and internal counterparts.
• Maintain superior client service by acting as an advocate and proactively identifying issues which risk impact to client satisfaction.
• Work closely with internal teams and clients, facilitating communication to ensure an effective operating environment.
• Provide overall project management for client-related and internal initiatives, acting as a liaison between business units to ensure successful implementation while managing internal and external expectations.
• Begin to focus on strategic aspects of maintaining long-term relationships and helping to grow share of wallet.
• Keep senior management informed of new developments, service issues, and potential new business opportunities.
