Beacon Hill is seeking a Project Manager in Boston to support a growing investment management business unit. You will partner with investments, operations, technology, legal, and compliance to drive strategic initiatives and improve processes.

This role blends project management with business operations and stakeholder engagement. You will manage multiple priorities, track milestones, prepare management materials, and contribute to governance and reporting across cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Management, or a related field.
• Experience in project management, business management, operations, or a similar role within financial services.
• Understanding of investment management, asset management, financial products, fund operations, or related environments preferred.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with diverse teams.
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate projects from planning through execution.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to support strategic business initiatives.
• Track project milestones, risks, action items, and deliverables.
• Prepare presentations, reports, and materials for management meetings.
• Maintain project plans, business metrics, and operational reporting.
• Identify opportunities to improve workflows and business processes.
• Assist with business planning and special projects as organizational priorities evolve.
• Coordinate communication among various internal stakeholders to ensure successful execution of initiatives.
• Support governance, documentation, and operational oversight activities.
