Job summary

State Street Corporation is seeking a Change Manager to lead and coordinate change initiatives across business units. You will partner with leaders, operations, technology, and risk teams to ensure changes are planned, communicated, adopted, and sustained with minimal disruption.

The role requires 5+ years in change management or related fields, preferably within financial services. You will drive governance, readiness, and continuous improvement across programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Organizational Development, or Management.
• 5+ years of experience in Change Management, Project Management, Operations, or related fields.
• Experience leading change initiatives in complex organizations.
• Financial services experience preferred.
• Experience collaborating with operations, technology, risk, and business teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive change management strategies and plans for business and operational initiatives.
• Assess organizational impacts and identify affected stakeholders, processes, controls, and operating models.
• Establish project governance and escalation frameworks for key initiatives.
• Develop and execute communication plans that clearly articulate the rationale, benefits, impacts, and timelines of change initiatives.
• Facilitate stakeholder engagement sessions, workshops, and leadership briefings.
• Identify organizational and operational risks associated with change initiatives.
• Track and report change progress, readiness, and outcomes to leadership.
• Coordinate change activities across multiple business units and functional teams.
• Support implementation planning and execution to minimize service disruption.
