Job summary

Core & Main, a national leader in infrastructure materials and services, seeks a Project Coordinator/PM to support the Integration team in Providence, RI. You will develop and manage project plans, coordinate team resources, maintain workplans, run meetings, and help publish status reports from inception to completion.

The role requires 1–3 years in project coordination or PM, a BS/BA, strong Excel skills, and effective cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Minimum 18 years old
• Must pass pre-employment assessments, if applicable
• 1–3 years of experience in project coordination or PM
• Experience working with cross-functional teams
• PMP or relevant certification preferred but not required based on experience

Responsibilities

• Coordinate project activities from inception through completion
• Assist integration leaders with day-to-day tasks, workplan maintenance and meeting facilitation
• Develop and publish status reporting; manage budgets and risk tracking
• Review plans and schedules for compliance with master schedule; resolve conflicts
