Job summary

Core & Main, a leader in infrastructure with local service and nationwide reach, seeks a Project Coordinator/PM to plan, coordinate and manage projects from inception through completion.

You will report to the Director of Integration, work with cross-functional teams, track milestones and budgets, and develop status reports while contributing to process improvements. This role emphasizes schedule discipline, risk management, and clear communication with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Reports to the Director of Integration, supports all integration projects from a coordination perspective
• Develop new systems; techniques and procedures for automated planning systems, reporting, issue resolution, risk management and budget tracking.
• Works with project team to drive accuracy of report outs, maintenance of ongoing workplans, and monitors overall health of projects
• Review plans and schedules of other participating functions for compliance with the master schedule; resolve scheduling and inter-functional conflicts.
• Participate in or lead daily, weekly or monthly meetings. Review to track and report project status, identifying deviations or adverse trends.
• Tracks and oversees project costs against project budgets
