Qualifications

• 3+ years of financial services experience managing complex projects or programs.
• Advanced analytical and problem‑solving skills in a project management context.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication, with senior leadership interaction.
• Strong PM skills with ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Experience leading a diverse team, delegating, and fostering inclusion.
• Good judgment and poise; energetic, self‑motivated under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Serve as trusted advisor to HR Data & Analytics leadership for planning and strategy.
• Lead planning and execution of complex, cross‑functional projects using data analytics.
• Develop budgets, forecast performance, and identify cost‑saving opportunities with Chief of Staff.
• Oversee governance, risk, issue resolution, and change control per firm guidelines.
• Develop and maintain PM methodologies, standards, and tools for ops excellence.
• Prepare status reports, dashboards and executive summaries for senior management.
• Define metrics and monitor objectives; suggest course corrections as needed.
• Identify process improvements and drive automation to streamline workflows.
• Coordinate leadership meetings, offsites, and strategic planning sessions.
• Foster collaboration, delegate tasks, and drive innovation within a diverse team.
• Support HR Data & Analytics people strategy to keep the workforce skilled and motivated.
• Build relations across internal functions to ensure alignment and collaboration.
