Job summary

Vizient, Inc. seeks a Senior Strategic Program Partner to oversee a portfolio of enterprise initiatives across P2P and related functions. You will work with business and technology leaders to translate priorities into roadmaps, align teams, and realize measurable business outcomes.

The role requires executive-level communication, strong program governance, and the ability to drive complex, cross-functional execution in a highly matrixed environment. Hybrid role across multiple locations.

Qualifications

• Relevant degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Organizational Leadership, Operations Management, or related field.
• 7+ years of experience leading strategic programs and portfolio management.
• Experience partnering with senior executives and influencing strategic decisions.
• Experience with P2P, procurement, finance, or ERP-enabled transformation is preferred.
• Familiarity with AI tools and governance to enable strategic execution.

Responsibilities

• Partner with senior leaders to translate priorities into executable initiatives and roadmaps.
• Manage a portfolio of strategic initiatives with cross-functional alignment.
• Facilitate planning, define success measures, and governance structures.
• Advise on prioritization, sequencing, and investment decisions.
• Lead cross-functional programs from opportunity to realization and value delivery.
• Prepare executive-ready dashboards and portfolio updates.
