Ladders is seeking a Senior Strategic Program Manager to join a leader in the Transportation space, focusing on major customer implementations, contract performance, growth strategy, and financial outcomes.

The role partners with Sales and internal stakeholders to shape bid strategy, improve operational efficiency, and support forecasting and annual planning in a highly cross-functional environment.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in sales, distribution, or inventory management.
• 2-5 years of related experience or training.
• Strong negotiation skills for customer contract renewals.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Experience using AI tools like Copilot to enhance productivity.
• Ability to travel between customer sites as needed.
• Strong customer service orientation and alignment with organizational values.

For our client, we are seeking a Senior Strategic Program Manager to join the team of a leader in the Transportation space.

This role will oversee major customer implementations and transitions, with a strong emphasis on contract performance, growth strategy, and financial outcomes. The ideal candidate will partner closely with Sales and other internal stakeholders to shape bid strategy, improve operational efficiency, and support forecasting and annual planning. This is a highly cross-functional position that combines program leadership, customer management, and process improvement in a dynamic transportation environment.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $110,000 – $130,000 annually
